On August 8th, 2016, the FDA started requiring us to have photo IDs for all customers under the age of 27. For those under 27, you have the option to upload a picture of your ID or email a picture of it to photoid@21stcenturysmoke.com right after your order. We cannot send your order until we have verified your photo ID on file.

In a combined effort to combat underage usage of nicotine products, 21st Century Smoke will now require ALL WEBSITE VISITORS & CUSTOMERS to be 21 years or older, regardless of whatever local or state laws may apply. You must pass our age verification system before we can ship your order. Our system is based off of Driver’s License data. If you fail, you may be asked to provide us with a copy of your Driver’s license, Photo ID or Passport.
