Important Information About Shipping:

In compliance to the PACT Act, all orders will require an Adult Signature.

PACT Act Update

On December 27, 2020, a bill was added to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act that prohibits USPS from delivering vapor products containing nicotine to your door, mailbox, or even your P.O. Box. Following suit, UPS, FedEx, and some smaller private shipping companies have initiated their own vape mail bans and are no longer shipping vape products. Wednesday, October 20, 2021, was our last day to ship 21st Century Smoke® products via USPS.

Delivery Update

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving. Since we are now required to use different carriers, your package may take 10 to 35 business days to arrive to your location from the day it ships. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order.

21st Century Smoke closes for the below holidays:

  • Memorial Day (May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (September)
  • Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24th & 25th)
  • New Years Eve and New Years Day (December 31st & January 1st)

Depending on which day some of these holidays fall we may close for additional days. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind if that day is a Thursday and/or Friday, the next business day would be the following Monday. International Shipments

21st Century Smoke® does not ship orders internationally, APO, and FPO.

Back Orders

In the rare instances where 21st Century Smoke® is out of stock we will contact you before shipping your order.

Order Tracking

When an email address is provided, you will receive the tracking information once the package is shipped from the shipping facility. You can also contact us via phone or email for you tracking information. 21st Century Smoke® reserves the right to make changes to the above shipping charges at any time and without notice. Shipping charges are shown at the time of purchase, should be confirmed at that time, and are the correct charges regardless of the prices shown anywhere else on our website.

If a package is returned back to 21st Century Smoke®, due to the receiver not being available to sign for the package when the carrier attempts delivery, our customer service representatives will attempt to contact the customer via email address and phone number listed on the customer’s account. If the customer does not respond or if the customer requests a refund, the total of the products purchased will be refunded, however, any shipping costs incurred by the customer will only be refunded on a case by cases basis. A shipping cost refund is not guaranteed.

If a package is refused by the receiver and returned back to 21st Century Smoke® with the intent of getting a refund, a refund of the shipping costs incurred are not guaranteed. If the customer would like their returned or refused order shipped back out, whether or not 21st Century Smoke® will cover the additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship, will also be determined on a case by case basis. The standard and signature required shipping rates listed in our policy will apply.
